Lottie Berna Mae Franklin Adams, 78, of Sparks passed away Saturday, September 26, 2026, at Tift Regional Medical Center. A private funeral service and burial will be held for Mrs. Adams at a later date.
Born February 15, 1948, in Florida, Mrs. Adams was the daughter of the late Doyle Franklin and Naomi Johnson Franklin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Adams, Sr.; one son, Ronald Lee Hancock, Jr.; one daughter, Alicia Diane Hancock Taylor; and eleven siblings. She was a homemaker, who loved to spoil her grandchildren and her dogs. She loved to play Solitaire and to color and a great enjoyment of hers was shopping on Temu and QVC, especially buying jewelry.
Mrs. Adams is survived by one son, Shane Thomas Poole; one sister, Sarah Ann Thompson of Texas; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
