Kathleen Frances Tippetts (80) of Brockton passed away on September 23, 2026, at Boston Medical Center-South.
She was born in Brockton to the late James Irving Drew and Frances (Chubbuck) Drew. Kathleen was a retired secretary for the Board of Health and proudly served her country as a veteran of the United States Army.
Kathleen loved animals, laughing, oatmeal, and, most especially, spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was also a devoted New England Patriots fan and rarely, if ever, missed a game. Her family brought tremendous joy to her life, and she cherished the time they shared together.
Kathleen is survived by her loving daughter, Dawn Tippetts of Brockton; her son, Daniel Tippetts of Missouri; her sister, Laurie Flores of Brockton; her brother, Jim Irving Drew and his wife Carrie of Tennessee; her daughter-in-law Molly Tippetts; 10 grandchildren, Kathi, Harry, Brandon, Mariah, Keith, Jordan, Kyndra, Leann, Austin, and Deric; 11 great-grandchildren, Kaylee, Rylie, Makenzie, Beau, Dulcea, Olivia, Treyvor, Alayna, Gentry, Waylon, and Elijah; and many nieces and nephews.
She was the loving mother of the late James Tippetts, sister of the late James Drew and Linda Peckham, and mother-in-law of Andrew Figuerado.
Following Cremation, Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
