BUXTON- Zachary Daniel Mondor, age 18, passed away unexpectedly on Sept. 17, 2026.
He was born in Portland on Aug. 15, 2008, a son of Jessica Garland and Donald Mondor.
Zachary is a Bonny Eagle High School graduate of the Class of 2026.
He was an avid outdoorsman and especially enjoyed hiking, fishing, and playing disc golf. He also enjoyed candlepin bowling, driving his S10 pickup truck, music of all kinds, and was a dedicated Patriots fan.
He will always be remembered for his never ending love for others, and the respect he earned as a hard worker. Zachary touched so many lives, beyond what anyone could imagine, and went out of his way to help anyone in need.
He is survived by his parents- Donald Mondor and Jessica Garland; his sisters- Amber Howes, Shawna Mondor, Stephanie Mondor, and Erica Cornejo; and a large extended family and many dear friends.
Visiting hours will be held on Friday Oct. 2 from 3 – 5 PM at the Chad E. Poitras Cremation and Funeral Service Chapel, 498 Long Plains Road (Rt. 22) in Buxton.
