Suzanne Doris (Rioux) Cordeira May 1, 1964 - September 11, 2026 of Dartmouth, MA died peacefully at home after living with Metastatic Renal Cancer for 3+ years. Born to Blanche Y. Adams and Armand W. Rioux (deceased), she lived her early life in Westport, MA and graduated from Westport High School in 1982. She graduated from Newport Hospital School of Nursing in 1985 with a diploma in Nursing and in 2002 from Salve Regina with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Suzanne had a 40+ year career as a nurse, with most being in Oncology nursing. During her career, she cared for patients in the OR at East Bay Surgery Center.
Sue enjoyed traveling in her later years, with favorite trips being on safari in Kenya and Japan.
She enjoyed many hobbies: scrapbooking, crocheting, mahjong, book clubs, quilting, and trivia games. Sue is preceded in death by her father Armand and her husband Arthur W. Cordeira.
Suzanne is survived by her mother, Blanche and her spouse Chester Adams, sisters Michelle Desrochers, Jeanne Gagne and her spouse David, nieces Sara Vieira and spouse Adam, Kathryn Dupere and great niece Madeline Vieira.
She is also survived by several cousins, aunts, and uncles.
