Barbara E. (Pazik) Boron, age 85, passed away on September 9, 2026 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 21, 1941 in Chicopee and has been a lifelong resident. She was a communicant of St Stanislaus Basilica and worked at the Hampton Inn in Chicopee for many years before she retired. She is survived by her loving husband and life partner of 67 years, Frank P. Boron of Chicopee; her daughter Deborah Pietras and her husband Greg of Ludlow, her son Frank P. Boron III of Granby, her daughter Lisa Boron of Chicopee; one brother Edward Pazik of Monson and six beloved grandchildren, David, Zachary (Kristie), Samantha (Adam), Amber, Sara and Alexus. She also leaves one great grandchild, Beckett. She is predeceased by her Parents Edward and Jean Pazik and her sister, Gloria Pazik. A Celebration of life will take place at the Grise Funeral Home, 280 Springfield St, Chicopee on Thursday, September 17, 2026 from 4:00 -7:00 PM. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Sister of Caritas Cancer Center at Mercy Medical Center at 271 Carew St. Springfield, MA, 01104.
