Joshua F. Wadden, 40 of Leicester died Tuesday, August 11th in Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston. He is survived by his wife and partner of 10 years, Shelby E. (Mulhearn) Wadden; his son, Emmett B. Younger; his two daughters, Johannah and Ella-Mae Wadden; his mother, Christine (Wadden) Lee of Sutton; his father, Daniel Greene of Worcester; his brother, Cody Lee and his wife, Callie and his sister, Brooke Lee; his mother-in-law, Christine (Thibeault) Mulhearn all of Worcester and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was born in Worcester, the son of Fredrick and Johannah (Daly) Wadden. Josh had worked as an auto mechanic for Nucar in Norwood. His family was everything to him, whether it be coaching and watching his sons' baseball team or watching his daughters dancing he was very involved and participated in everything they did. His favorite thing to do with the kids was “snuggle buggle.” His wife and kids were the apple of his eye, and he would do absolutely anything for them. Nothing compared to them or the time they spent together. They were always his number one. Josh also loved to make people laugh and was always ready with a joke to put a smile on someone’s face. Josh will be sorely missed by everyone who knew and loved him!
His funeral is Tuesday, August 18th from O'CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, with his funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. in Our Lady of the Angels Church, 1222 Main Street. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. A calling hour will be held from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home the day of the funeral.
