Wayne Lagasse, a lifelong resident of Tiverton, Rhode Island, passed away peacefully on July 13, 2026, at 9:00 P.M.
Born on December 12, 1955, in Fall River, Massachusetts, Wayne was the beloved son of the late Gladys Lassonde and Philemon Lagasse. He spent his life in Tiverton, where he was known for his strong work ethic and deep love for his family and friends.
Wayne worked for many years as a power lineman before retiring. In retirement, he found great joy in cattle farming, a passion that kept him connected to the land he loved.
Wayne is survived by his loving wife, Julie, as well as his family and many dear friends who will miss him deeply.
He will be remembered for his quiet strength and the many lives he touched.
