Thomas Enwright, 66, of Westport, passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2026 at St. Luke's Hospital. He was the husband of Debra A. (Koger) Enwright, they shared 26 years of marriage.
Tom was born in Newport, RI son of Irene E. (Gomes) Morss of Bonita Springs, FL and the late Thomas Enwright II and had resided in Westport since 1970. He worked at Fall River Florist Supply as a driver and in sales for over 30 years. He was an avid sports fan especially when it came to Notre Dame football, the New York Giants and the Cincinnati Reds. He coached for the Westport Youth Baseball League for many years. He also played softball for the Fun Bunch and Black Sox for over 40 years. Tom enjoyed music, Led Zeppelin being one of his favorites.
Survivors along with his wife mother include his son: Thomas J. Enwright of Westport; his daughter: Melissa J. Fontaine of Plymouth; brother: Mark Enwright of Little Compton; and sister: Jean St. Gelais of Westport.
He was the brother of the late Eric Brenner.
Memorial service to which relatives and friend are invited will be Thursday, July 16, 2026 at Potter Funeral Home at 12:30 P.M.
Memorial visitation will be Thursday, July 16, 2026 from 10:00 A.M. -12:30 P.M. prior the service.
Interment is private.
