Alan J. Cotta, 75, of Fall River, passed away on Saturday, July 4, 2026 at Sarah S. Brayton Nursing Care Center. He was the son of the late Frank E. Cotta, Sr. and the late Della (Moura) Cotta.
Mr. Cotta was born in Fall River and had been a longtime resident of the city. Prior to retirement, he worked as a directory assistant operator for the former Bell Phone Company and as a real estate agent for RE-MAX Right Choice, Fall River. He was also a Union Steward in the I.B.E.W. - International Brothers Electrical Workers. He had a passion for dance and was a ballroom instructor in both MA and RI.
