Obituary

Worcester – Nikolas Blodgett, 39, of Worcester, passed away in his home on Monday, June 29, 2026.

He leaves behind his mother, Karen Blodgett; his brother, Daniel Blodgett; his sister, Anika Pavis; and nieces Guinevere and Lyra. He is pre-deceased by his father, Thomas Blodgett.

He was born in Worcester, MA and graduated from Auburn Senior High School. He attended Worcester State University studying psychology.

Nikolas was an extraordinary soul. Highly intelligent and capable, his fearless zest for living and unique choices often led him to live life on its edge. As he navigated the highs and lows of a mercurial existence, he did so with tenacious optimism and irrepressible joviality. He was a remarkable artist and an aspiring philosopher. His passion for music, art, literature, psychology, and cosmology led to deep and spiritual conversations with all that were fortunate enough to cross his path. He gave his love freely to all, and there is less laughter in the world without him. May the ‘cosmos’ receive and embrace him as he deserves.

Family and friends are invited to gather in the Alfred Roy & Sons – Henry Funeral Service Memorial Chapel 33 Ward St. Worcester on Tuesday, July 14th, from 3 to 4:30PM. Upon the conclusion of the gathering a Celebration of Life will begin at 4:30PM.
