Sally's greatest joy was her family. Her favorite quotation, by Stephen Grellet, reflected the way she lived: "I shall pass through this world but once. Any good therefore that I can do or any kindness that I can show to any human being, let me do it now. Let me not defer or neglect it, for I shall not pass this way again." The three words that best describe Sally's life: Love of Family. She is survived by her beloved husband, James Mitson; her loving daughter, Kristina Daboul of Agawam; her cherished grandson, Zachary Lamsey and his wife, Dr. Mikayla Lamsey of South Dakota who were the center of her world; her dear brother, Ed Hanna and Brenda of Allentown, PA; Holly Carroll of Cape Cod who was her “other daughter” with whom she shared a lifelong bond; her many dear nieces and nephews being especially close to her nephew, Chip Hanna; her great nephew, Jimi Hendricks; her step daughter, Maria Peebles of Lowville, NY; and her many cousins and close friends.
