Barry D. Hutchinson, age 70 passed away on June 26, 2026 at Baystate Medical. He was born on February 7, 1956 in Springfield, son of the late James and Dorothy (Uhl) Hutchinson. Barry was a communicant of the former St Patrick’s parish. He Served in the US Army. He was a member of the Agawam, Hampden and Wilbraham Country Clubs; the Knights of Columbus Elder Council #69 in Chicopee, where he was also a bartender for many years. He was also a member of the Marconi Club. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed reading, doing cross word puzzles and spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife Marianne F. (Cirelli) Hutchinson of Granby; two daughters, Pauline Reynolds and her husband Christopher of Belchertown and Jillian Green of Granby; two brothers, James Hutchinson of Chicopee and Michael Hutchinson and his wife Cindy of East Longmeadow; two sisters, Robin DaCunha and her husband Brian of Chicopee and Lori Hutchinson of Chicopee along with three grandchildren, Collin, Calvin and Edan. He is predeceased by his brother Scott Hutchinson. A Celebration of life will take place on Monday, July 6, 2026 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at the Grise Funeral Home, 280 Springfield St, Chicopee. An in-house Prayer Service will take place at 1:00 PM in the Funeral Home, followed by committal prayers and military honors in the Chapel of the MA Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Agawam at 2:00 PM.
