
MILLBURY___F. Kamendulis, 79, of Millbury, formerly of Auburn and Worcester passed away Saturday June 20, 2026 in Care One, Millbury. His wife, Barbara H. (Ozarowski) Kamendulis died in 1997.
Michael was born in Worcester, a son of the late Stanley and Mary (Paulauskas) Kamendulis he was also predeceased by his brother, Paul Kamendulis.
Mr. Kamendulis was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War with service stateside and in Da Nang, Vietnam. He was a graduate of Worcester Boy’s Trade High School. He was a Letter Carrier for the U.S. Postal Service and worked 20 years in Worcester and almost 8 years in Shrewsbury. He retired many years ago.
Michael is survived by relatives and friends including his close friend and Guardian, Danny Burmer and his wife, Barbara of Millbury. Danny took care of Michael for many years with his declining health. Michael moved to assisted living as his needs required and Michael found that his favorite place was Christopher Heights where he received excellent care and support from the Christopher Heights staff.
Michael was a skilled craftsman and woodworker. He enjoyed helping many Millbury businesses over the years with wood-crafted items to help promote their businesses. He was known for making clocks, postal banks, mannequins and other items out of oak and other woods.
The funeral will be held on Monday, June 29, 2026 with a service at 11:00 AM in Dirsa - Morin Memorial Chapel, Marchand Memorial Homes, 298 Grafton St, Worcester. Interment will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery, Worcester. A calling hour will be held in the funeral home on Monday, June 29, 2026 from 10 to 11 AM.
