Carol A. (Francis) Maroon, age 78, passed away on June 19, 2026 at Baystate Medical Center. She was born on Oct. 30, 1947 in Springfield, MA. Carol worked at John R. Lyman Co for many years before she retired. She is predeceased by her husband John A. Maroon who passed away in 2012, her mother Violet A. Daigneault, her step father Andre Daigneault, and also by her brothers. She is survived by two sons, John A. Maroon and Joseph A. Maroon of Chicopee; two grandchildren, John D. Maroon and Jordan N. Maroon; her beloved Aunt, Rose Mary Francis, whom she was very close with; and her brother-in-law Joseph Maroon. She also leaves many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly. All services will be private at the convenience of the family.
