Mark Thomas Irwin, 79, artist and musician, passed away peacefully on June 14th, 2026. He is survived by Gretel S. Munroe, his adored wife, partner and companion for over 47 years, and by his beloved brother, John Irwin.

Mark was way before his time in understanding that consumers of mental health services could have an identity as musicians. Mark co-founded Tunefoolery Music, Inc. which allows musicians to discover their talents and has, through their performances, brought music to thousands of people.
