CORNISH- Craig Anthony Jones, age 64, passed away peacefully at Southridge Rehabilitation Center in Biddeford on June 10, 2026.
Born on March 21, 1962, to parents Robert G. Jones and Avis L. (Burnell) Jones in Portland, Maine.
Growing up, Craig attended the Sacopee Valley Schools and later in life went to Lincoln Electric Welding School in Lincoln, Ohio. Craig was a hard worker- working at Maple Rock Farm, Co-Hi Orchards, Cianbro Construction and Industrial Welding building bridges and other structures. He was also part of the Cornish Water District for over 30 years.
During Craig’s life he had many enjoyments such as, watching the Patriots and Yankees, going hunting, being a history buff and an avid reader, listening to Bob Seger and most of all spending time with his family and friends-especially his dog Remington “Remy”.
Craig is predeceased by his parents- Robert G. Jones and Avis L. (Burnell) Jones, his sister- Sue Jensen and his brother-in-law- Sidney Sanborn. He is survived by his son- Zachary Jones and his wife Samatha Jones, his grandchildren- Nevaeh Jones, Alyiah Massey and Daryn Massey, his siblings- Doreen Sanborn, Chris Jones and his wife Kaleen Jones and Linda Brown and her husband Roger Brown, his brother-in-law- Harold Jensen, and many nieces, nephews and friends who will miss Craig dearly.

In respecting Craig’s wishes, a private burial will be held at Riverside Cemetery.
