CARTER, Stephanie of Dedham, June, 6, 2026. Beloved daughter of the late Tobin and Ann Carter of Jamaica Plain. Stephanie is survived by her sister Corinne Robinson and husband Richard, niece Jessica Wagner and husband Bryce, and her nephew Richard Robinson, Jr and wife Colleen. Beloved aunt of the late Vanessa Robinson. Great aunt of Warren and Hudson Wagner.
Stephanie was a graduate of Girl’s Latin School in Boston, Boston College and Suffolk University Law School. She was a licensed attorney and devoted her entire career to public service. During the most recent 13 years, she worked tirelessly to advocate for the residents of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Health Policy Commission, Office of Patient Protection. Stephanie loved spending time with her family and close friends, she loved music and dancing, and was a compassionate animal lover, always with dog treats in her pockets.
She will be deeply missed.
Visiting hours will be held at the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St, Dedham on Tuesday, June 16 from 9:00-11:00am followed by a funeral service in the funeral home beginning at 11:00am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Interment private.
