Obituary

David MacDougall, 70, of Nashua, New Hampshire died Friday, May 29th at home. He was born in Fitchburg, the son of Bruce and Kathleen (Hickey) MacDougall.
Dave was truly one of a kind. He embodied old-school values in the very best sense—honest, dependable, hardworking, and a man of his word. Dave took immense pride in his career as a UPS driver, a profession he genuinely loved. It was more than just a job to him; it was a responsibility he embraced wholeheartedly and one he spoke about with great pride. Outside of work, Dave had a deep appreciation for the theater. He attended performances whenever he could, often at least once a week, and there was no seat he cherished more than one in the front row, where he could fully immerse himself in the experience. Above all else, Dave was known for his kindness and generosity. Helping others came naturally to him, whether through a simple act of kindness, thoughtful advice, or being there when someone needed support. His selflessness, honesty, and unwavering willingness to lend a hand left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him. He will be remembered for the countless lives he touched through his compassion, integrity, and genuine care for others.
