Vanessa Martins, beloved daughter of Helder and Maria Martins (Lourenco), passed away on May 30, 2026 at Baystate Hospital. Born on November 26, 1980, she was a beautiful miracle who faced her early health challenges with quiet grace. While her time on earth was short, she was deeply loved and changed our lives forever. She is survived by her parents, as well as Godparents, Jose Lourenco and Lisilda Aniceto. In addition, she is survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and countless extended family locally and in Portugal, we are grateful for. We wish to extend a special thank you to our nephew Mark (Marco) Lourenco for all of his unconditional love and support. We are eternally grateful to Tammy, Daria and Juliya from Maxim Healthcare Services for their compassionate and loyal care over the years.
