
Ange Similien (33) of Stoughton passed away on May 27, 2026, at Boston Medical Center–Brighton.
Born in Boston, Massachusetts, she was the beloved daughter of Jean and Marie Similien. Ange was a gifted writer, creative spirit, and devoted family member whose warmth and presence brought people together. She had a passion for poetry and was especially proud that her first poetry book, EMOTIONS by Ange S, is scheduled to be published this month through Amazon and Barnes & Noble. Through her writing, Ange expressed her thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a way that inspired and touched those around her.
Ange loved reading, writing, and expressing her creativity through the arts. She attended college for three years, studying Communications. She enjoyed movies, spending time with family and friends, and was often the source of laughter and entertainment at family gatherings. Known as a natural leader within her family, Ange made it a priority to stay connected with relatives near and far, regularly reaching out to check on loved ones and strengthen family bonds. Her caring nature, vibrant personality, and unwavering love for her family will be remembered always.
In addition to her loving parents, she is survived by her brothers, Jeffrey Similien and Andy Similien; her nephew, Raja Similien; her niece, Kenza Similien; her godchildren, Joshua Louis, Ciavera Polynice, and Kayla Pean; her aunts, Jeanne Apollon, Rose Polynice, Gishlaine Alexeis, Martha, Laura, Marceline, Angelaure, Angeline, Guerda, and Sherline; her uncles, Pierre Louis, Gillio Louis (also her godfather), Neopole Louis, Christopher, Herver, Milard, Gerald, and Gelerme; her great-aunt, Marie France Labossiere; her great-uncle, Jean Dumornay; and many cherished cousins including Ashka, Marvin Apollon, Joshua, Josiah, Juleenah Louis, Amy, Tracey, David Louis, Opal, Isaiah, Clarissa, Aiaver, Stone, Gabriele, Brielle, Juliah Polynice, Dr. Steve, Mirlande, Vedner, Evans Toussaint, Judnee, Kayden, Cole, Gillian, Gabriel, Junee, Jonathan, Samiyah, Jessica Francois, Grace, Gerard Paul, Fabrice Jean, Sakeisha Similien, Meleah, Junior, Kevin, Meola, Junior Gerard, Shekina, Zahen, Betsaida, Sherly, Jeff, Mevinara, and Tanara. She also leaves behind many beloved relatives and friends from the Similien, Apollon, Louis, Polynice, Dumornay, Labossiere, Francois, Jean, and Paul families.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her viewing at the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel, 238 Court Street, Brockton, on Saturday, June 6th, beginning at 8:00 a.m. A Funeral Mass will follow at 10:00 a.m. in Christ the King Church, 54 Lyman Street, Brockton. Burial will take place afterward at Calvary Cemetery, 163 North Cary Street, Brockton.
Ange’s creativity, compassion, and dedication to her family will live on through the memories she created, the lives she touched, and the words she leaves behind in her poetry.
