
Pearl M. (Cavaca) Beaulieu, 95, of Middletown, passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at Newport Hospital. She was the wife of the late Joseph A. Beaulieu.
Mrs. Beaulieu was born in Fall River, daughter of the late Frank and Josephine (Pearce) Cavaca and had resided in Tiverton for most of her life prior to relocating to Middletown. She had worked as a home health aide for Newport County Visiting Nurses until retirement in 2000. She was a member of Amicable Congregational Church, Tiverton where she also sang in the choir.
She enjoyed bowling, knitting and dancing with her husband. Her grandchildren were her whole world.
Survivors include her 2 sons: Allen W. Beaulieu and his wife Susan of Portsmouth, Donald J. Beaulieu and his wife Deborah of Ware, MA; her 2 daughters: Deborah J. Rapoza and her husband Steven of Fall River and Heidi J. Carman and her husband James of Tiverton; 5 sisters: Gwen J. Cavaca of Tiverton, Donna Smith of CA, Linda Langlais of Little Compton, Joan Almeida of Fairhaven and Ann Lachapelle of Tiverton; along with many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was the mother of the late Gail Perry, grandmother of the late Kevin Miranda and sister of the late James Cavaca, Cheryl Furtado, Faye Costa and Bruce Cavaca.
Funeral service to which relatives and friends are invited will be Saturday, May 30, 2026 at the Potter Funeral Home at 10:00 A.M.
Visitation will be Saturday from 9-10 A.M. prior to the service.
Interment to follow in Newport Memorial Park, Middletown.
