Yasmin Canales, age 40, of Hartford, Connecticut, passed away on Monday, May 11, 2026. Born on November 26, 1985, in Hartford, she was the cherished daughter of Moise DeLeon and Maria Canales DeLeon. Yasmin's memory is kept alive by her four beloved children: Miguel, Yazeidi, Benito, and Yocelyn, as well as her treasured grandson, Julius. She is also survived by her siblings: Yajaira, Yesenia, Celines, and Moises Jr. Yasmin's warmth, kindness, and love will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched.
Visitation and Burial
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 22nd, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Hartford Community Funeral Home, located at 380 Maple Avenue, Hartford. Burial will follow at Mount Saint Benedict Cemetery in Bloomfield.
