CHICOPEE – Corinne C. (Dulong) Fecteau, 68, of the Fairview section of Chicopee, was Called Safely Home on Wednesday, April 29, 2026. She passed into Eternal Life at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield surrounded by the care and comfort of her loving family. She was born in Holyoke on September 6, 1957, the daughter of the late Alphonse and Jeanne (Demers) Dulong. She was raised in Chicopee, graduated from Chicopee Comprehensive High School, and was a lifelong resident of the city. She was employed for many years at the Covidien Medical Supplies in Chicopee. She was a communicant of Sainte Rose de Lima Church in Chicopee. Corinne was a member of the Mercy Life Center where she enjoyed playing bingo and crafting. She made many beautiful wreathes for family and friends, and enjoyed baking cakes for and with her grandchildren. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family and many friends. She leaves her beloved husband and best friend, Patrick R. Fecteau. They were married at October 15, 1993 at Sainte Rose de Lima Church in Chicopee and were blessed with over 32 years of happiness together. She also leaves her loving and devoted son, Joseph N. Dulong and his wife, Jeanne, of Chicopee; her four cherished granddaughters, Natalie, Annie, Aubrie, and Valerie; her dear mother-in-law, Huguette (Ouimette) Fecteau of Ludlow; her dear sister-in-law, Monique Morin and her husband, Gerry, of Ludlow; and her many dear nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family members and friends. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her dear sister, Constance Williams; her dear brother, Donald Dulong; and her dear father-in-law, Roger J. Fecteau. Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 beginning at the St. Pierre-Phaneuf Aldenville Chapels, (413-532-9806), 13 Dale Street, Chicopee, MA 01020, (funeral home will open at 8:30 a.m.), followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at Sainte Rose de Lima Church, 594 Grattan Street, Chicopee, MA 01020. Her burial will follow the Mass at Sainte Rose Cemetery, 49 Olsen Street, Chicopee, MA 01020.
