Carlos J Diaz Reyes, 50, of Hartford passed away on Thursday, April 22, 2026. He was born in Bayamon, PR on December 18, 1975. Son of Robinson Diaz and Lucy Reyes. He leaves behind his three children, Katrisha, Carlos and Aidelys Diaz. He also leaves behind his two sisters, Lydia & Lucy Diaz and one brother, Robinson Diaz and his fiancé, Noemi Maisonett and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday from 3-8:30pm in the chapel of Hartford Community Funeral Home. 380 Maple Ave, Hartford. His funeral procession will leave the funeral home Friday morning at 11:15am. Burial will follow in Mountain View Cemetery, 30 Mountain Road, Bloomfield.
