HOLLIS- Lillian J. Hebert, age 82, passed away on April 25, 2026, at Maine Medical Center.
She was born in Jay, Maine on July 24, 1943, the daughter of the late Ernest and Irene (Rolfe) Bachelder.
Lillian graduated from Potter Academy in 1961. She want on to work at Bridgton Dress Shop, Natural Semiconductor and was a longtime childcare daycare provider.
She was a member of the Hollis Fire Department Auxiliary and was involved with her children’s activities as they grew up.
Lillian enjoyed reading romance novels, knitting and sewing, watching soap operas and being with her family.
She is predeceased by her beloved husband- Charles Hebert; and all of her siblings- Clarence, Admont, and Ernest Bachelder II, and Luther Hilton.
She is survived by her children- Dan Hebert and his wife Paula of Buxton, Chris Hebert of Portland, and Tammi Hebert of Hollis; grandchildren- Sarah, Heath, Daniel and his wife Erika, and Brandon; and great grandchildren- Zara & Emberlee and Saylor.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday May 2nd at 10 AM at Hillcrest Cemetery, Plains Road, Hollis.
