BOW ---- Francis ‘Frank’ Andrew Towle, 81, of Bow Center Rd, passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at the Granite VNA Hospice House in Concord, NH.
Frank was born on June 4, 1944, in Concord, NH, the son of J. Franklin and Ruth (Nelson) Towle of Chichester.
Frank served in the US Army during Vietnam, stationed at the Pentagon. Later he used the computer programming skills he learned in the Navy to become a software developer for the finance industry, traveling the world implementing and training on the programs he developed. In his retirement he became a Ham Radio operator, knitter and enjoyed traveling to warm climates in his motorhome. Hilton Head Island and Flagler Beach, FL were favorite destinations.
Frank is survived by his beloved wife of nearly 60 years, Jean (Murray) Towle, daughter Daphne Towers and her husband Scott of Laconia, grandson Stephen Towers of Laconia, sister Priscilla Towle of Florida, brother Nelson Towle and his wife Joann of Florida, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Frank is predeceased by his brother David Towle of Bar Harbor, ME.
Burial with military honors will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 3:00pm, at a graveside service at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Highway, Boscawen, NH 03303.
