Darryl C. Smart, age 61, of Mansfield, passed away peacefully at home, in the presence of his loved ones on Friday, April 17, 2026.
Born in Attleboro, MA on April 21, 1964, he was a loving son of Barbara J. (Cobb) Fiske and her husband Thomas A. Fiske, Sr. of Mansfield and the late Herbert M. Smart.
Darryl grew up in Mansfield, where he was well-known in the community and a 1982 graduate of Mansfield High School. He had a lifelong passion for working on trucks and cars and was the proud owner and operator of DS Towing.
In addition to his mother, he was the devoted brother of Thomas Fiske, Jr. and his wife Celine Blondel of Highgate, Vermont, James Fiske and his wife Petra of Williamsburg, Virginia, Kevin Fiske and his Susan of Cedar City, Utah and the late John Fiske. He is also survived by his loving nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend his graveside funeral service on Saturday, May 9th at 1:00 P.M. at the Spring Brook Cemetery, 165 Spring Street, in Mansfield.
