Haney, Steven B. - of Woburn, died peacefully on March 31st, at the age of 82, surrounded by his loving family. Steve was a proud, retired firefighter where he served the city of Woburn for 32 years. Beloved husband of Donna (Cogan) Haney. Proud and devoted father of Jill Lombard and her husband Jesse of Newburyport, Jarrod Haney of Beverly, and Robyn Nickerson and her husband Andrew of Tewksbury. Adoring grandfather of Shaelin and Riley Lombard, and Sophie and Dylan Nickerson. Cherished son of the late Frank and Mildred (Monahan) Haney. Steve is survived by his dear sisters Connie Britton of TN, Leslie Gonsalves of Woburn, Barbara Haney-Burtt of FL, and sister-in-law Susan Haney of Woburn. He is preceded in death by his brothers Francis, David, and Christopher Haney. Steve is also survived by many loving extended family members and friends, and his beloved faithful dog, Toby.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours at the McLaughlin – Dello Russo Family Funeral Home, 60 Pleasant St., Woburn, on Thursday, April 9th from 4 to 8 pm. Funeral services will be held from the McLaughlin – Dello Russo Family Funeral Home, Friday, April 10th, at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass celebrated in St. Charles Church, 280 Main St., Woburn, at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Steve's memory to Tunnel to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10306.
