
Robert Michael “Bobby” Leyvas, 49 of Oxnard, California passed away on April 1, 2026 in Oxnard. He was born on May 13, 1976 in Ventura, California, to Anita Perez.
He had a deep love for his family and his dogs (Dude, Wookie, and Lucky). He was an avid collector of vintage video games. More importantly, he gave of himself selflessly, dedicating time each month to feeding those in need.
He is survived by his loving mother Anita Perez and stepfather Ricardo Martinez; his beloved grandfather Ismael Perez; his sons, Robert S. Leyvas, Nation A Leyvas, and Mythias R. Leyvas; and his cherished granddaughters Navaya-Lou and Leilani. He also leaves behind aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother Emilia Perez and his aunt Maria “Toni” Hernandez, both of whom he held close in his heart.
Although he is gone, Bobby’s spirit will remain in the hearts of those that loved him. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
Family and friends are invited to Memorial Services and a Most Holy Rosary to be held Thursday morning April 23, 2026 at 11:00am in the JOSEPH P. REARDON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICE, 757 E. Main Street, Ventura. The family will receive guests with a visiting hour from 10am to 11am prior to the service.
