He was the devoted father of Alyssa Connaughton of Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was the dear brother of Paul M. Connaughton and his wife Cathy of Mansfield, Lori Powell and her husband George of Londonderry, New Hampshire, James Connaughton and his wife Ranee of Norton and the cherished uncle of PJ, Bobby, Shaun, Ryan, Matthew, Joey, Kristina, Jimmy, Reily, Liam and Lily. He was the former husband of Yolanda Connaughton.
