Kenneth J. Johnson, 45, of Cranston died Thursday March 12, 2026 at home. Kenny was the beloved adopted son of the late Albert Johnson Sr. and Maybel Johnson of Cranston. Kenny was born in Providence and was a lifelong resident of Cranston.
Kenny was employed in his earlier years in the auto detailing service business. He took particular pride in his work and consistently met the challenge of going through a car and “bringing it back to life”.
Kenny was an avid New England Patriots and Boston Celtics fan.
Kenny will be remembered for his love for his family and his upbeat outlook on life. Kenny kept laughing and smiling and was always there to lend a helping hand to family when needed.
Kenny is survived by his immediate family including his brothers Albert Johnson Jr., Brian Johnson and his wife Heather, Bruce Johnson and sister Cheryl Johnson. Also, his biological mother Doreen Johnson and step sisters Kerri and Kelly. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
His private arrangements are in care of the Menard-Lacouture Funeral Home 127 Carrington Ave. Woonsocket.
