Lisa M. Defilippo, 56
Dateline: Taunton, MA Lisa M. Defilippo, age 56, of Taunton, formerly of Norton, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 23, 2026 at the Morton Hospital in Taunton. She was the beloved fiancé of Kenny Desrosiers, with whom she made her home. Born in Saugus, MA on February 7, 1970, she was a loving daughter of the late Anthony P. and Susan I. (Wonoski) Defilippo. Lisa grew up and was educated in the Town of Norton. She was a dedicated homemaker to her adoring family and very-much enjoyed helping her son’s putting on their motorcycle and bicycle events. She formerly ran her own cleaning business and when younger, modeled for Coors Beer and had a knack for metal scrapping. An exceptional cook, Lisa enjoyed dining out at Thai restaurants, eating pizza from Santarpio’s, had a sweet tooth for Colonial Donuts in Taunton and making the most delicious gravy for Sunday family meals. Some of her favorite times were Friday date nights with her son Cameron and Saturday movie night with her fiancé Kenny. Lisa was also an avid New England sports fan, the Boston Celtics being her favorite team to cheer on and always looked forward to vacationing in beautiful sunny Florida. In addition to her fiancé, she was the devoted and proud mother of John B. Day and his wife Jillian of Norton, Brian A. Day of Norton and Cameron Bernard of Taunton. She was the cherished grandmother of Ellie and Jack, the dear sister of Tony Defilippo of Taunton, Michael Defillipo of Taunton, Gina Defilippo of Florida, the former wife of John Day, and is also survived by her many loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend visiting hours on Monday, March 30th from 5:00-8:00 P.M. at the Norton Memorial Funeral Home, 19 Clapp Street (Off Route 140, Taunton Avenue) Norton.
