Elizabeth “Ginger” Smugereski

Elizabeth “Ginger" Smugereski, Olyphant died unexpectedly Sunday in Serenity Care, Peckville. Daughter of the late Pearl and Costie Smugereski , a graduate of St. Michael's Parochial Elementary School and Olyphant High School class of 1963, she was employed at Barbizon, Casual Sportswear, and Haband, a faithful parishioner of St. Carlo Acutis Parish at St. Patrick’s Church, She enjoyed going out to lunch with former classmates.
Surviving are Nieces and Nephews; Sister in Law, Marilyn Smugereski , a faithful friend, Rosalie. She was proceeded in death by brothers, John, James and Larry. A special thank you to the staff at Serenity for their compassion care.
A graveside service will be conducted Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in St. Michael’s Cemetery Blakely. A memorial mass will be held at a later date.
