Billy Joe Paschal, 71, of Greenwood, passed away March 19, 2026 at Greenwood Health Care Center following an extended illness.
He was born on August 17, 1954 in Muncie, Indiana and was the son of Charles and Beverly Ann (Cooper) Paschal Jr.
Billy Joe was enlisted for a short time in the United States Navy and later was employed for several years in Lebanon, Indiana as a forklift driver for a local publishing company. Most of his adult life he lived in the Indianapolis area.
He is survived by an Uncle, John Cooper Jr. and an adopted sister, Susan Diann Stypanski.
Cremation services have been selected and his final resting place will be East Maplewood Cemetery in Anderson, IN near his family.
