Carmelita M. (Manning) Arnoe, 83, of Westport, passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at Maine Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Paul E. Arnoe.
Mrs. Arnoe was born in Fall River, daughter of the late John and Ida (Chorlton) Manning and had resided in Westport for over 20 years. Prior to retirement, she worked as an administrative assistant for the Fall River Juvenile Court System. She was a member of the Westport Yacht Club and Baker's Beach, Westport. She was very proud of her Irish heritage an avid gardener.
Survivors include her daughter: Olida Arnoe and her husband Rory Putnam of Windham, ME; her siblings: James Manning and his wife Susan of Tiverton and Mary Manning of SC; along with many nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late John Manning and Wendy King.
Services are private.
