
Armenouhie Keusseyan of Waltham passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on March 7, 2026 at the age of 81. She was the beloved wife of the late Garabet Keusseyan. Devoted mother of Khoren Keusseyan and his wife Dorien, Viken Keusseyan, Carolyn LaFauci and her husband Sal, and Vatche Keusseyan. Cherished grandmother of Garbis and his wife Brittany, Razmig, Vrej, Liana, and Amelia.
Armenouhie was born in Beirut, Lebanon to Shoukri and Marie Koshgerian and was the youngest of their four children. She was sister of the late Angel Mekhdjian, and Gemil and Garbis Koshgerian. She is survived by many loving nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Armenouhie was sister-in-law of Zabel Melkonian, John Keusseyan, Toros Keusseyan and the late Haroutyun Keusseyan, Lucine Parnigian, Sarkis Keusseyan, and Aghavni Baboudjian.
Armenouhie’s selfless life was devoted to her husband, children, grandchildren, and her entire family. She found her greatest joy in being a mother and grandmother. Her children and grandchildren were the center of her world, and she filled their lives with unconditional love, teachings, and endless care. Whether it was preparing family meals, celebrating milestones, or simply spending time together, she created a home that was always full of warmth, laughter, and love.
Armenouhie was meticulous and particular about everything she did in life. She honored God, was an amazing cook and an exceptional storyteller, known for her precise and detailed stories, which spanned seven decades even thru her final days. Her legacy lives on thru the family she nurtured and the love she gave, which her children and grandchildren will forever hold in their hearts. She will always be remembered as the heart of her family and a truly remarkable mother and grandmother.
In honoring Armenouhie’s wishes, a private family funeral service will be held at Saint Stephen’s Armenian Church, Watertown.
At the request of the family, there are no visiting hours. Interment at Mount Feake Cemetery, Waltham.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in memory of Armenouhie Keusseyan may be made to Saint Stephen’s Armenian Church, Watertown or Arlington Catholic High School, Arlington.
