Obituary

Brandon Lamar Evora, 37, of Worcester died Sunday, March 1st in Mass General Hospital. He leaves his mother, Brenda M. (Evora) Campbell and Maxwell Miller of Webster, MA; his father, Phillip Campbell of Cambridge, MA; his loving fiance, Rachel Keblinsky of Worcester, MA; twin daughters, Sophia Marie Evora and Mia Mae Evora and their mother, Samantha Abel all of Lawrence, MA; his maternal grandmother, Dianne Evora of Auburn, MA; his great great aunt, Elsie Scott of Cambridge, MA; his uncle, Steven Evora and his wife, Aimee of Webster, MA; his aunt, June Blocker and her husband, Jimmie of Wilmington, MA; his cousins, Steven Evora, Jr. of Florida, Paige and Jared Evora both of Webster, MA; Vincent and Jack Evora both of Florida; two God mothers, Monica Ellies of Randolph, MA and Brenda Evora of Raleigh, NC; his God father, Richard “Bubba” Harding of Cambridge, MA; two God sisters, Tiffany Ramkissoon and her husband, Jamal Hope of Sommerville, MA and Danitra “Dee” Bennett of Cambridge, MA; his godson, Ronald Ellies, Jr. of Randolph, MA. He also leaves a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Walter Evora; and his paternal grandmother, Phyllis Campbell.
He was born in Boston, Brandon carried his strong sense of community with him throughout his life. He graduated from Doherty Memorial High School and went on to earn his degree in Criminal Justice from Worcester State University. His education reflected his deep commitment to helping others and making a positive impact in his community.
Brandon dedicated many years of service as a professional driver with Knights Airport Limousine Service, where he was known for his reliability, warmth, and friendly conversation. He also brought his leadership and strong work ethic to Black Wolf Safe and to La Bevo Cannabis, where he served as a respected manager. Brandon dedicated much of his life to work that focused on security, protection, and service to others. He was also employed with TeamOps with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in Foxboro, Massachusetts; Pilgrim Security & Consult, a full-service security company serving the Plymouth and Boston areas. In addition, Brandon was part of International Protective Services in Peabody, Massachusetts, providing armed guard and investigative services. Most recently, he was employed with Late Spring Inc. (Gage Cannabis Co.) in Ayer, Massachusetts.
In every role, Brandon was admired not only for his professionalism but also for the genuine care he showed to others.
Beyond his career, Brandon’s greatest joy came from giving back. He generously volunteered his time working with children, especially through coaching youth football for the Vikings. He was more than a coach—he was a mentor, role model, and steady source of encouragement. Brandon believed in teaching not only the fundamentals of the game, but also teamwork, perseverance, and character.
Brandon will be remembered for his big heart, infectious smile, willingness to help everyone, and his unwavering dedication, and the countless lives he uplifted through both his work and volunteer service.
His greatest pride and joy were his twin daughters. He loved them deeply, and they were the light of his life. Everything he did was with them in mind, and his love for them was unwavering. His legacy lives on through his beloved twin daughters, his family and the community he loved so dearly and in the many young athletes who were fortunate enough to call him “Coach”. The memories he created and the love he gave will continue on in the hearts of all who knew him.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
His visitation will be on Wednesday, March 11th from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. His funeral will be on Thursday, March 12th from 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home followed by burial in Hope Cemetery, 119 Webster Street, Worcester.
