
Constance M. “Connie” (Hogan) Tracy, a resident of Everett and formerly of Charlestown and the West End, entered into eternal life on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at Encompass Health in Woburn. She was 78 years of age.
Connie was born in Boston on May 10, 1947, a daughter of the late Patrick F. Hogan and Concetta (DeLuca) Hogan. She grew up in the West End where she was educated in the Boston Public School system and graduated from high school. She worked in the Mass. General billing department for 15 years after working as a clerk for Lechmere. She was an avid reader, loved doing crossword puzzles and shopping. Most of all she loved and adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a member of the Daughters of Isabella #1 and the Old Charlestown Schoolgirls Association.
Connie is the beloved wife of the late Thomas J. “Tommy” Tracy III. She is the devoted mother of James P. “Jimmy” Tracy and his partner Kim McMaster, Tricia Lyons and her husband Chris, and the late Thomas Tracy IV and his surviving wife Shannon. She is the loving Nana Connie of Thomas V and his wife Rachel, Collin and his wife Lisa, Caitlin Tracy, Emerson Lyons, Nolan Lyons, Addison Lyons, and her great-grandchildren Declan, Isla, Danika, Lena, Nora, and Matthew. She is the dear sister of Retired Boston Police Sergeant Detective Thomas Hogan and his wife Ann, Joanne Hogan, and the late John P. “Jack” Hogan and his surviving wife Linda. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Connie’s Funeral Service on Friday morning, March 6, 2026, at 10:30AM in The Carr Funeral Home, 220 Bunker Hill St. Charlestown. Her burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett. Her visiting hours will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2026 from 4PM to 7PM in the funeral home.
