BUXTON- Sharon Rose Cline, age 77, passed away on February. 25, 2026, at her home in Buxton.
She was born in Gardiner, Maine on March 3, 1948, a daughter to the late Raymond and Josephine (Ackley) Wormwood.
Sharon worked as a bar manager in Florida for some time before moving back to Maine. She then worked at the Biddeford Textile Mills. Later in her life she graduated from Bonny Eagle High School and received her GED.
Sharon enjoyed crocheting, playing beano and card games and shopping at Mardens. She loved taking care of her family and being a mother to anyone in the neighborhood.
She is predeceased by her beloved husband- Michael Cline Sr., her 9 siblings and her parents- Raymond and Josphine Wormwood. Sharon is survived by her children- Troy Cline and his wife Staci, Lisa Crockett and her husband Michael, Ashely and her husband Koty, Chelsea and her husband Jaysen and Josie Cline, her grandchildren who affectionately called her Mamoo - Travis, Krysten, Dominic, Josh, Casey, Mitchell, Denzel, Kamren, Kaiya, Landen, Michael, Shiloh, Mikayla and Patrick her great-grandchildren- Ellie, Emma, Bella, Ameliah, Gia, Finnley, Camden and soon to be baby Doehler.
Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday March 4th from 5 - 7 PM, concluding with a time of sharing at 7 PM at the Chad E. Poitras Cremation and Funeral Service Chapel, 498 Long Plains Road (Rt. 22) in Buxton.
