James Brandon Russell, 32, of Tifton passed away Monday, February 23, 2026, at his residence. A private funeral service and burial will be held for Brandon at a later date.
Born July 21, 1993, in Lexington, Kentucky, Brandon was the son of Leonard Russell, Jr. of Carlisle, Kentucky and Tammy Cundiff Russell of Tifton. He loved everyone, especially his family and always had a smile on his face. His favorite pastime was watching Barney and Friends.
In addition to his parents, Brandon is survived by two sisters, Jennifer Russell (James Anderson) of Tifton and Tiffany Back (Darren) of Jackson, Kentucky; his maternal grandmother, Nannie Cundiff of Jackson, Kentucky; his paternal grandmother, Ruby Russell of Carlisle, Kentucky; a special aunt, Angela Moore of Beattyville, Kentucky; and several nieces and nephews.
