Obituary

Deborah Eleanor Titus know by many as “Mimi and Debbie”, 68 of Webster, Massachusetts, passed away unexpectedly in her sleep Tuesday, January 27th, 2026. She was predeceased by her husband, Coy Watkins, Her mother, Thelma D. Titus and her brother, Ricardo Titus all of Worcester, MA.

She is survived by her dearly loved children her daughter, Melinda Titus of Webster, wife of Vincent Thomas and her son, Jerome Clark of Webster, husband of Katherine Young. She leaves her beloved sisters, Angel Titus of Worcester, Linda Titus of Lynn, and her brother, Albert Titus and his wife, Julia Titus of Worcester.

Debbie will be missed dearly by her cherished grandchildren, Akiela Burgos wife of William Burgos, Andre Thomas, Shannon Warren, Akyla Bowers, Adeisha Thomas wife of Kweis Larsh, Elijah Thomas, Savannah Ann Salley and Aubrie Hopkinson, eight great grandchildren, Many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Debbie was born in Panama City, Republic of Panama, August 2nd, 1958. She immigrated to the United States at the young age of 3 years old with her US Military father Frank L. Titus, She worked for the City of Worcester Public Schools System for 45 years starting at the Central Administration Building in 1987, the Worcester School Shop and Worcester East Middle Guidance Office. She was the light of children’s life at Worcester East Middle School.

She took pride in caring for her family, enjoyed taking walks, snuggling with her dog Areah, and spending time with friends and family.

Debbie was and will always be an amazing, strong, smart, beautiful, loving, charismatic, fun, hardworking; Mother, Grandparent, and Friend. She will always be deeply loved and missed. Debbie loved her family so much and was happy to be with them especially her great grandchildren. She was deeply loved by many people and will be truly be missed.

Her visiting hours will be at O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, Worcester, MA on Wednesday, February 18th, 2026 at 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Hope Cemetery Worcester.
