Garlan Lillian Hayes Webb, 77, of Tifton passed away Thursday, February 12, 2026, at Tift Regional Medical Center. Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 14, 2026, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. Joseph L. Crumley officiating. Ms. Webb will be laid to rest at Tift Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of the service.
Avery Brown, Don Walker, Dave Ray, David Fogarty, Chris Fogarty and Jeff Goins will serve as pallbearers.
Born October 9, 1949, in Irwin County, Ms. Webb was the daughter of the late John Thomas Hayes and Marcelle Lillian Hale Hayes. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister. Before retiring, she was a seamstress at Oxford Industries in Tifton as well as a self-employed beautician. She was a member of Unity Baptist Church in Tifton.
Ms. Webb is survived by five daughters, Angela Groves (William), Sandy Groves (Jeff), all of Tifton, Wanda Groves of Charlotte, North Carolina, Sylvia Miley (Cliff) of Adel and Robin Webb (Al) of Thomasville; 15 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
Flowers will be accepted, or memorial gifts may be made to a charity of choice.
