In Loving Memory of Wilmani Josiah Castillo

Wilmani Josiah Castillo, age 22, of Attleboro, formerly of Boston, passed away in a tragic car accident on February 9, 2026. Born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, Wilmani was the beloved son of Willin Castillo of Baní, Dominican Republic, and Anel Martinez of Attleboro, formerly of Baní, Dominican Republic. He carried his family’s heritage with pride and maintained strong ties to both his Boston roots and his Dominican culture. Wilmani was a bright and determined young man who was pursuing a degree in Business Administration at Framingham State University. He had big dreams for his future and was committed to building a meaningful and successful life. His dedication to his studies reflected his ambition, work ethic, and desire to make his family proud. He will be remembered for his kind heart, infectious smile, and the genuine warmth he brought into every room. Wilmani valued his friendships deeply and cherished every moment spent with his loved ones. His presence had a way of making others feel seen, heard, and appreciated. Wilmani leaves behind his loving mother, Anel Martinez; his Abuela, Yoselin Martinez; his Abuelo, Simon “Tony” Aquino; his older brother, Armani Tejada; his younger brother, Ayden Nunez; extended family, friends, classmates, and all who were blessed to know him. Though his was tragically cut short, the love he gave and the memories he created will live on forever in the hearts of those who loved him.

It will forever be Wilmani’s world.

Visiting hours at the Brady & Fallon Funeral Home 10 Tower St. (Opp. Forest Hills MBTA station) Jamaica Plain on Thursday February 19 from 5-8 PM. His family will gather again at the funeral home on Friday February 20 from 10 am until 11 am and then proceed to New Calvary Cemetery for interment services.
