
DUDLEY – Daniel A. Faford, 60, died Thursday, February 5, 2026 in the West Roxbury VA Center in the presence of family.
He leaves his wife of 35 years, Brenda (Tetreault) Faford; 2 brothers, Theodore A. Faford of Sturbridge and James R. Faford of Dudley; 2 sisters, Angela K. Taylor and her husband Clay of Southbridge, and Leann M. Faford of Tennessee; 3 nephews, Jonathan Faford and his wife Megan of Sturbridge, Joshua Faford and his companion Emily of Webster, and Caleb Paterson and his wife MacKenzie of Southbridge; 2 nieces, Kayla Faford of Sturbridge, and Celeste Sgariglia and her companion Brandon Boyle of Webster; 2 great-nephews, Logan and Mason; and a great-niece, Giada.
He was born in Webster on September 20, 1965 and raised in Dudley, the son of Richard and Dorothy A. (Siemenkiewicz) Faford. He attended Bay Path Technical Vocational High School in Charlton and later earned a GED. He lived in Webster and Quinebaug before moving back to Dudley in 2014.
He served in the United States Army as a military policeman in Germany from 1986 to 1994.
Mr. Faford worked at Stevens Linen Associates for a few years. He then was the head mechanic at Sears, Roebuck & Company in Auburn before retiring due to illness.
He was a motorcycle enthusiast and liked repairing cars. He attended many flea markets. Cooking was a favorite pastime. Above all, he loved his family.
A graveside service will be held at noon on Friday, March 20, in Saint Joseph Garden of Peace, Old Worcester Road, Webster. Military honors will be provided by the Webster-Dudley Veterans Council. Donations in his name may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Disease, PO Box 5014, Hagerstown, MD 21741. Arrangements are under the direction of Sitkowski, Malboeuf & Hickey Funeral Home, 340 School Street, Webster.
