Louise C. (Pariseau) Hebert

CHICOPEE – Louise C. (Pariseau) Hebert, 82, of The Villages, Florida, and a longtime resident of the Aldenville section of Chicopee, was Called Safely Home on Thursday, January 22, 2026. She passed into Eternal Life at her home surrounded by the care and comfort of her loving family. She was born in Holyoke on October 27, 1943, a beloved daughter of the late Hector A. and MaryAnn D. (Fournier) Pariseau. She was raised in Holyoke until 1957, graduated from Saint Joan of Arc School in Chicopee, and then graduated from the former Precious Blood High School in Holyoke in 1961. She lived in Chicopee for 60 years and moved to The Villages in 2017 where she lived the remainder of her life. Louise was a Legal Secretary for many years at Western Mass Legal Services and retired from the Northampton office in 2005. She was a communicant of Saint Mark the Evangelist Church in Summerfield, FL and was a longtime communicant of Sainte Rose de Lima Church in Chicopee. She enjoyed vacationing in Florida, going on cruises, and most of all playing cards and spending time with her family and friends. She leaves her beloved husband and best friend, Donald P. Hebert. They were married at Sainte Rose de Lima Church in Chicopee on November 28, 1963 and were blessed with over 62 years of happiness together. She also leaves her two loving and devoted children, Pamela A. Lavarnway of Chicopee, and Marc J. Hebert and his wife, Jessica, of Houston, TX; her two cherished grandsons, Matthew and Adam Lavarnway; her dear sister-in-law, Cecile I. Larose Mergel and her husband, Bruce Mergel, of Bradenton, FL; and her many dear nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family members, and friends. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her cherished granddaughter, Arynne Marie Lavarnway who was Called Home on June 28, 2003. Her family will receive friends on Saturday morning, February 7, 2026 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the St. Pierre – Phaneuf Aldenville Chapels, (413-532-9806), 13 Dale Street, Chicopee, MA 01020. (The parking lot and main entrance are located in the rear of the funeral home at 20 Lafayette Street, Chicopee, MA 01020. Her funeral Mass will follow the visiting hours at 11 a.m. at Sainte Rose de Lima Church, 594 Grattan Street, Chicopee, MA 01020. Her burial will follow the Mass at Sainte Rose Cemetery, 49 Olsen Street, Chicopee, MA 01020.
