John S. Musiak, age 68, passed away on Jan. 17, 2026 at Chicopee Rehabilitation and Nursing Home. He was born on Oct. 24, 1957 in Ludlow, MA, son of the late Stanley Musiak and Geraldine (Labonte) Musiak. John graduated from Ludlow High School and later worked for RichCo Janitorial Company for many years before he retired. He is survived by 6 brothers, Peter Musiak of Indian Orchard, Paul Musiak of Indian Orchard, Joe Musiak and his wife Leslie of Middleton, MA, Jim Musiak and his wife Maryann of Wilbraham, Robert Musiak of Indian Orchard and Bill Musiak of Belchertown; two sisters, Barbara Donnolly of Enfield, CT and Susan Caron of Westfield along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly. He is predeceased by two siblings Michael Musiak and Charlie Musiak. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 12 2026 from 1:00 – 3:00 PM with an in-house prayer service to take place at 3:00 PM in the Grise Funeral Home, 280 Springfield St, Chicopee, MA 01013.
