
Annie Pearl Cash Dillard, 82, of Tifton passed away Saturday, January 17, 2026, at her residence. Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 21, 2026, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. John Sewell and the Rev. Silas Carver officiating. Mrs. Dillard will be laid to rest at Tift Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Nicky Newbern, Johnny Clements, Austin Clements, Christopher Dawson, Foster Dawson and Charlie Hutchinson will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Taylor and Dale Walters.
Born August 28, 1943, in Quitman, Mrs. Dillard was the daughter of the late William Washington Cash and Pearl Turner Cash. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Rusty Dillard and Joey Dillard; one grandson, Samuel Tyler Russell; three brothers, Johnny Vaughan, William R. Cash and Franklin Cash; and one sister, Kathy L. Pendley. Before retiring, she was a textile worker and retired to take care of her family as a homemaker. She was a member of Pineview Holiness Baptist Church in Tifton.
Mrs. Dillard is survived by her husband of 61 ½ years, Willie E. Dillard of Tifton; her children, Teresa Lynn Russell and her husband, Dan, Eddie “Bud” Dillard, and Charlie Dillard; her siblings, Eddie Cash, Mary C. Newbern and Jessie K. Cash; eleven grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.
