HOLLIS- Phil Boulier, age 58, passed away peacefully at Maine Medical Center on Jan.12, 2026. Son of James and Henrietta Boulier, Phil was born on June. 7, 1966 in Portland, Maine.
During his lifetime, Phil enjoyed doing many things such as, spending time with his family, tearing things up, making and spending money, smoking weed, working, napping and watching TV. He deeply cared for his family and smoking weed. During his later working years, he worked as a at Work Flagging being a flagger for CMP.
Phil is survived by his wife Ina Boulier, his children Anna Jenkins, Joy Boulier, Kathline Wood and John Larson Jr, his siblings Anna Kurtis, Sterling Boulier, Bobby Boulier and Richard Crockett, his grandchildren Alana Boulier, Zander Houdsdon, Zoe Larson and John III Larson.
A gathering will be held at the Pine tree estates office/ clubhouse 550 sunset drive and ossipee trail in Standish on January 25th 1pm
