Adua Voci, 90 of Wakefield and Saugus, died December 30th,2025 at her daughter and son-in-law's home in Boxford surrounded by her family.
Adua was born in Pietradefusi, (Avellino) Italy on October 19th,1935. She was the beloved daughter of the late Mario and Raffaela Pagliocca. She came to America in 1960 to meet her family in Beachmont.

In February 1964 she married Albert Voci and moved to Saugus. She lived in Saugus until 1989 then moved to Wakefield. For the past 3 years she lived in Boxford with her daughter Linda and husband Bob.
Adua took great pride in her 30 years as a lunch lady at Saugus High School.
After retiring as a lunch lady she worked at Stop and Shop in Saugus as a bagger and earned the title as "the number one bagger”.
Adua enjoyed cooking traditional Italian meals, socializing at the Wakefield McDonalds and making her granddaughters (and anyone) laugh with her spunky and fearless personality. Throughout Adua’s life, she always valued time with her granddaughters who called her “Nana”. She made a mark everywhere she went with her loud and unforgettable accent and silly phrases.
Adua is survived by her loving daughter Linda, her husband Bob and their 3 daughters Brianna, Olivia and Julia.
She is also survived by her son Joseph Voci from Florida.
Adua was the sister to the late Pasqualina Sinatra, Sarafina Sordello and Antonio Pagliocca.
