Patricia A. "Patty" (White) Fasano, a lifelong resident of Charlestown, entered into eternal life on Friday, January 2, 2026 at the Massachusetts General Hospital. She was 68 years old.
Patty was born in Boston on April 12, 1957, a daughter of the late Peter White and Irene (Whalen) White. She grew up in Charlestown where she was educated in the Boston Public School System and graduated from Charlestown High School. Patty loved the beach. She enjoyed listening to music, dancing, swimming, shopping, watching movies, and especially spending time with her family.
Patty is the beloved wife of the late Thomas M. Fasano. She is the devoted mother of Thomas Fasano Jr and Richard Fasano. She is the dear sister of Irene White, and the late Mary Lou White, Bernadette Doe, Richard White, James White, and Peter White. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Patty's visiting hours on Thursday, January 15, 2026 from 5 P.M. to 7 P.M., concluding with her Funeral Service at 6:30 P.M. in The Carr Funeral Home, 220 Bunker Hill St. Charlestown. Her burial will be private.
